Manage Loan Request of Employees
Key Highlights
Loan Request
Employee can create loan request
Loan Approval
Double approval from both HR & Accounting department
Loan Deduction
Loan amount will be deducted from the salary.
Loan Deduction
Amount will automatically deducted from the payslip of the corresponding month.
Go to Invoice -> Configuration -> Settings -> Under Loan Approval section enable checkbox Approval from Accounting Department
Adding salary deduction rule on the salary structure.
Go to Employee -> Loan & Advances -> Click on the Request for Loan menu employee can create loan request .
Created a sample loan request for the current login employee
Created a sample loan request for the current login employee and click Compute Installation
After creating loan request sent it for approval after approval employee get the loan.
Go to ->Payroll -> Create new payroll for the employee and click compute sheet we can see the deduction amount for the current month has been added to the payslip deduction part .
